BONITA SPRINGS — London Bay Homes completed its purchase of a 30-acre site on Estero Bay in Bonita Springs, commonly known as Weeks Fish Camp.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Officials with the Naples-based luxury developer and homebuilder are exploring options for developing the waterfront site, according to a statement.
“This is one of the most beautiful parcels of land in Southwest Florida,” London Bay President and CEO Mark Wilson says in a statement. “We are committed to designing a project that embraces the site’s natural environmental features and reflects the highest level of thoughtful architectural design.”
Wilson says the company expects to unveil preliminary plans later this year, following exploratory conversations with neighbors and others in the area.
