BRADENTON — Margaritaville Holdings and Minto Communities selected Sarasota-based Floridays Development Co. to build a select-service hotel by Margaritaville and a LandShark Bar & Grill in Bradenton.
The 130-room waterfront hotel and free-standing restaurant will be adjacent to One Particular Harbour Margaritaville Marina and Residences at Harbour Isle, a 220-acre private island community on Anna Maria Sound.
According to a press release, construction on both projects is expected to begin in early 2019. The marina is expected to open this summer.
“We are thrilled to be partnered with Minto Communities and Margaritaville to create what we are certain will be a landmark destination on Florida’s Gulf Coast,” says Angus Rogers, CEO of Floridays Development Co., in a statement.
