Homebuilder names new sales and marketing executive

Doug Marcinski has more than 20 years of sales leadership experience.

FORT MYERS — Neal Communities named Doug Marcinski vice president of sales and marketing for the company’s south region, which encompasses Lee and Collier counties.

Marcinski has more than 20 years of sales leadership experience, including 13 years in sales and marketing management, according to a statement. In his new role he will focus on strategic sales planning, enhancing the sales process and continuing to ensure a structure to help reach goals each month for the sales and design studio operations, the release adds.

Prior to Neal Communities, Marcinski was the sales and marketing manager for several public and private homebuilders in Virginia and Maryland. In his various roles, he led and managed sale operations and was instrumental in new community and product development, the company says in the statement.
