Airline introduces three new nonstop routes

Allegiant now has flights from Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Pittsburgh to Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport.

SARASOTA — Allegiant has launched new nonstop, year-round service to Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport from Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Pittsburgh. 

The Cincinnati route is via Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. It started April 13. The Indianapolis route is via Indianapolis International Airport and the Pittsburgh route is via Pittsburgh International Airport. Both those routes started April 11. 

"We are excited to welcome Allegiant to the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport," says Rick Piccolo, president and CEO of the airport, in a statement. "We look forward to this new service and seeing Allegiant grow at SRQ."

Allegiant is based in Las Vegas. It has over 80 aircraft and more than 300 routes across the country.
