A Salt Lake City, Utah-based commercial real estate investment firm has acquired a 171,000-square-foot industrial building in Bradenton for $9.2 million.

The Ninigret Group L.C’s purchase of the 171,000-square-foot building, at 1900 47th Terrace East, marks the company’s fourth Southwest Florida deal. Previously, it acquired office and retail space in Naples, North Port and Fort Myers.

Ninigret acquired the Bradenton building, which is fully occupied by awning maker TaylorMade Co. and Grid Co., as a long-term investment from an affiliate of Capital Resources of Chicago Inc., a Clearwater firm, state records indicate.

Ninigret was represented in the transaction by Coldwell Banker Commercial agent Mike Carr Sr., who works out of the firm’s Naples office.
