Rare riverfront property sold for nearly $3 million

Property is one of the last remaining riverfront estate properties on McGregor Boulevard.

FORT MYERS  —  A riverfront property on historic McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers has been sold for $2.89 million

The property is located at 11660 McGregor Blvd., according to  a statement.  

The property, one of the last remaining riverfront estate properties on historic palm tree lined McGregor, consists of 3.6 acres and is zoned residential. Also, there’s more than 200 feet of river frontage, with sweeping views of the Caloosahatchee River and direct Gulf access, the release states.  

Justin Thibaut and Randy Thibaut of Land Solutions Inc. brokered the deal. Land Solutions specializes in all aspects of site development; current market and valuation issues; acquisition and disposition services; due diligence evaluation; permitting status and compliance; workout projects; asset management and zoning; and permitting for commercial properties.
