NAPLES — The Dunes of Naples, a luxury condo community, is redoing its amenities center.
Bonita Springs-based Gates Construction has been chosen to be the construction manager for the project, which consists of the complete demolition of the existing clubhouse and the re-construction of a new, free standing, two-story, 25,857-square-foot amenities center. Lotus Architecture designed the project, according to a statement.
The value of the project wasn’t disclosed.
The new amenities center will feature a covered outdoor dining area; a private dining room for special occasions; a dedicated indoor dining area; and a bar that will include inside and outside seating, the release states. The clubroom will be a flexible indoor/outdoor space with food service and can hold events such as fashion shows, bridge, Mahjong, trivia night and holiday events. The kitchen will encompass a much larger space than the previous kitchen for food prep, food storage and chef’s office, the release adds.
The new lagoon pool area will feature more seating, conversation areas around fire tables and an expanded tiki bar. The upper level will feature space for activities, community meetings, and offices.
Gates Construction has offices in Bonita Springs and Sarasota.
