TAMPA — Tampa-based information technology security solutions provider ReliaQuest hired Jonathan Forman as vice president.

Forman brings 20 years of experience in human resources and employment law to the role, according to a press release.

“At ReliaQuest, it's our belief that if you take care of the people you work with every day, the customers will be taken care of, and the business will be successful,” says CEO Brian Murphy in a statement. “Jonathan joins an already strong team, with the right background and talent to help us maintain our momentum and scale as we grow.”

Forman came to ReliaQuest from Tampa-based Sykes Enterprises, where he served as vice president of human resources compliance and employment law, followed by a stint as global vice president of ethics and compliance. He has also worked for American Eagle Outfitters and American Greetings. Forman holds a law degree from the University of Cincinnati.

At ReliaQuest, Forman will oversee hiring, benefits, all human resources systems and processes, ongoing organizational design, and all training and development through ReliaQuest University.
