FORT MYERS —Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida named Douglas Dodson Jr. administrator of home health.
As home health agency administrator, Dodson is responsible for hiring, managing and performing service training and development of all agency personnel, according to a statement. A nonprofit organization, Cypress Cove's home health program provides assistance to requesting residents 24 hours a day.
Dodson has a law degree and an M.B.A. For the past several months, he has been assisting Cypress Cove in its strategic planning and compliance project efforts, including interim support of the company's home health agency program, the release adds.
Cypress Cove was founded in 1999. Its home to more than 600 residents, in a combination of independent living, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care assisted living and rehabilitative care.
