NAPLES — Stock Development promoted Matt Sellick to vice president of the company's newest division, Stock Custom Homes.

Stock Custom Homes builds “grand estate residences” in multiple Naples communities and neighborhoods, according to a release. The list includes Quail West, The Colony, Bay Woods at Bonita Bay, Estuary at Grey Oaks, Old Naples, Park Shore, Crayton Road, The Moorings and Pine Ridge Estates. It also builds on Marco Island, and recently expanded its market reach to Wellington, on Florida's east coast, the release adds.

“Matt has proven his ability to execute the vision of our clients at the absolute highest level,” Stock Development CEO Brian Stock says in the release. “It's because of his dedication, quality control and specialized skills that we are proud to promote him to vice president of our custom homes division.”

Advancing from his initial role as a superintendent, Sellick has been responsible for building and managing more than $170 million in residential home sales in his 15 years with Stock Development, the release states. He's on the board of the Collier County Building Industry Association.

Stock Development, founded 15 years ago, has completed more than 4,000 homes in Southwest Florida. It launched Stock Custom Homes earlier this year.
