CLEARWATER — Clearwater-based Digital Media Solutions, a provider of end-to-end marketing and customer acquisition solutions, acquired email marketing firm Mocade Media LLC.
Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
According to a press release, Mocade's email optimization platform helps companies maximize the business value of email programs.
All Mocade employees — including co-founders Andrew Westmoreland and Joshua Seide, as well as Vice President Ellen Switzer — will join Digital Media Solutions as per the terms of the acquisition.
