FORT MYERS — Lee Physicians Group promoted LaTrice Davis to vice president of Lee Physician Group operations and Diane Smith to vice president of ambulatory nursing.
For four years, Davis has been Lee Physician Group's system director of pediatrics. In her new role, Davis is responsible for overall operations of Lee Physician Group.
For 24 years, Smith served in a leadership capacity for Lee Health, including as Lee Physician Group system director of nursing and clinical services for the past four years. She is now responsible for clinical oversight of Lee Physician Group outpatient and home health departments.
“Lee Physician Group has experienced significant growth — doubling in size over the past five years,” says Lee Physician Group Chief Administrative Officer Kris Fay in a statement. “In order to continue to provide optimal support to our physicians and leaders, as well as ensure our continued growth, we created these vice president positions and promoted LaTrice Davis and Diane Smith.”
