FORT MYERS — Roetzel & Andress law firm hired Sarah Spector as a partner in the real estate, banking and finance practice group at the firm's Fort Myers office.

Spector will focus her practice on community association law. She will assist condominium, cooperative and homeowners' association clients with management and operational aspects of governing communities, according to a press release.

“We're very excited to add Sarah to our growing real estate practice,” Fort Myers office Partner-in-Charge Beverly Grady says in a statement. “Sarah's depth of experience and vast knowledge of community association law in Florida will not only strengthen our Real Estate practice, but more importantly benefit our clients.”

Spector represents clients in zoning and land use matters. Prior to joining Roetzel & Andress, she practiced land use, zoning and real estate law, working with federal, state and municipal agencies.

Roetzel & Andress has offices throughout Ohio and Florida, as well as in Chicago and Washington, D.C.
