Bank promotes exec to regional leadership role

FORT MYERS — IberiaBank named Brandon Box executive vice president and market president for the Fort Myers and Sarasota regions.

Box, who joined IberiaBank in 2008, will oversee commercial, retail and private banking efforts in three counties, according to a statement. Box relocated with the company to Naples in 2010 to serve as a commercial banker. Most recently he held the position of senior vice president, commercial group manager for Collier, Lee, Manatee and Sarasota counties, the release adds.

“Brandon exemplifies the qualities of a high-performance banker. He has a keen eye for credit and has built an excellent reputation among his peers, clients and the community,” says Susie Martinez, IberiaBank regional president for Florida. “He is a strategic thinker, and we look forward to the leadership he will provide in this new role.”

Box is a former board member and chairman of the United Way of Collier County. He is currently an advisory board member with the University of Florida Bergstrom Real Estate Center.

Lafayette, La.-based IberiaBank has 202 bank branch offices and two loan production offices in Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.
