Luxury condo tower completed

NAPLES — Construction of the second 11-story tower at Aqua at Pelican Isle, next to the Pelican Isle Yacht Club in Naples, has been completed.

The newly completed Aqua Tower II features expansive custom residences, priced from just under $2 million to more than $2.545 million, according to a statement. The units range from 3,900 square feet to nearly 4,200 square feet with three or four bedrooms, three and a half baths and either a living/family room or living/family room plus den. Design features include high ceilings; gourmet kitchens with Wolf gas cooktops; Subzero refrigeration and two zone wine coolers; sunlit back-to-front living areas; spacious master bedroom suites; lavish master bathrooms with generous closet space; and sunrise and sunset terraces.

In addition to the standard residences, one remaining penthouse suite, with 6,599 square feet under air, is listed $4.85 million, according to the release. It features four bedrooms and four and one-half baths, grand salon, family room (or den or fifth bedroom), dining room and a master study with wet bar. The unit also has more than 3,000 square feet of outdoor living area that spans across the entire west side of the residence overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and mangrove lined estuaries of Wiggins Bay.

Sales for AQUA Tower II have reached 79%, according to the statement, with Naples-based PACT Realty serving as the exclusive listing agent.
