FORT MYERS — In just under three months, 40% of the residences at the planned One condominium have been reserved, according to a press release.
Sales began in January for the 18-story waterfront condominium designed by architects Behar Font and Partners. The downtown Fort Myers River District condominium will have 28 units priced from the high $500,000s to over $2.7 million.
“The sales success has been an affirmation of our belief in the quality of our product and the strength of our location in the history-rich Fort Myers River District where a variety of arts, entertainment, shopping and dining options are plentiful,” says One Director of Sales and Marketing Barbara Bengochea-Perez in a statement.
One is being developed by Miami-based Jaxi Builders. The firm is also developing Allure, a two-tower, 32-story condominium next to One.
“We are extremely pleased with the response One has received in such a short period of time since we launched sales,” says Jaxi Builders Managing Member Eduardo Caballero in a statement.
