Commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield recently snagged management contracts for roughly 1.54 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space in Central Florida, the company announced.

Conlan Co., Adler Realty Services, Colony Capital Inc., Thompson Reuters and others awarded the firm management of the Beachline Distribution Center, Crossroads Business Center, 3785 Bryn Mawr St. and 4500 Seaboard Road industrial projects, all in Orlando, and the three-building Konica Minolta office and flex campus in St. Petersburg.

In all, 12 new buildings were brought into Cushman & Wakefield's management portfolio.

Additionally, the company has recently renewed nearly 1 million square feet of management contracts in Tampa by MoreSpace Management LLC, CIII Capital Partners and others in the Benjamin Distribution Center; Thompson Center I & II; Northdale I & II Center; and the Benjamin Centers VII & IX.

Taken together, the projects contain 19 buildings.

Since Cushman & Wakefield established a specialized Asset Services Group in Florida in 2013, the company's statewide management portfolio has increased from 5.3 million square feet to more than 43 million square feet — a more than 700% gain.
