SEMINOLE — The president of uniform apparel provider Superior Uniform Group, Alan Schwartz, will retire from the Seminole-based company March 31.
Schwartz plans to consult with the company for three years and continue to be involved in relationships with key customers, according to a press release. He will also remain on the company's board.
“My decision to retire emanated over the years from our comprehensive succession planning that was part of our strategic planning,” says Schwartz in a statement. “I am extraordinarily proud of what the Superior team has accomplished during my tenure and am confident that the company will continue to successfully execute its strategies and grow shareholder value.”
Superior Uniform Group manages uniform apparel programs for corporations nationwide, particularly in the health care, private security, retail, hospitality, transportation and food service industries.
