NAPLES — Clive Daniel Hospitality, a division of Clive Daniel Home, recently completed the first phase of a $30M renovation of Quail West Golf and Country Club in North Naples.

The interior design renovation is a two-year, two-phase project. The first phase includes the addition of a 12,000-square-foot fitness and wellness building at the 70,000-square-foot clubhouse. The fitness and wellness center is being built by Gates Construction and will be completed this spring.

Clive Daniel Home Vice President of Hospitality and Business Development Nancy Woodhouse is guiding the interior design in cooperation with architect Dave Humphrey.

“The Clive Daniel Hospitality team's overall design objective was to enhance the club's current high-end finishes while incorporating new designs and 'de-Tuscanizing' areas, eliminating heavy ironwork, dark ceilings, dated furnishings and color palette,” says Woodhouse in a statement.

The design team is now implementing plans for phase two, which is scheduled for completion in fall 2017.
