NAPLES — Clive Daniel Hospitality, the hospitality division of Naples-based interior design firm and furnishings retailer Clive Daniel Home, is designing hotel units for a mixed-use development in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

The division will provide furnishings for a new enclave of 72 residential ocean-view units in four buildings at a development dubbed Pacifico, according to a statement. Vice President of the Hospitality Division and Business Development Nancy Woodhouse and her team will coordinate every facet of the manufacturing, shipping, import documentation and installation process.

Construction of the first 18-unit three-story building is expected to begin in August with completion and installation of furnishings planned for March 2018. Pacifico is being developed by The Jack Parker Corporation, which Clive Daniel Hospitality has worked with in the past.

“We are committed to providing the same high level of design and delivery service to clients located domestically or abroad and look forward to continuing our special partnership with The Jack Parker Corporation,” says President and CEO of Clive Daniel Home Daniel Lubner.
