FORT MYERS — A construction addition and renovation project at Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club is complete.
Naples-based Gates Construction handled the project at the member-owned private country club in Fort Myers, according to a statement. The project included building a new two-story 14,000-square-foot fitness center; renovation and addition to the existing clubhouse; and constructing a tennis rest/storage shelter. In addition, the clubhouse ballroom, bar, kitchen, pro shop, main lobby, and administration area all were completely renovated. The ballroom and grille room were also expanded, and an outdoor covered dining area and outdoor dining terrace were added to enhance social options for members and guests, the release adds.
