BONITA SPRINGS — Orchid Realty, based in Bonita Springs, has joined Premiere Plus Realty Co.
Orchid Realty will work with Premiere Plus Realty's Bonita Springs office, headed by Kevin Jarrett, according to a statement. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
“Orchid Realty Group is excited to have Premiere Plus Realty Co. as our exclusive brokerage and platform,” says Orchid Realty President Jennifer Springer in the statement. “Premiere Plus Realty boasts an impressive agent count, market share and support network in addition to sharing our values of exceptional client service and commitment to selling and buying quality homes.”
Premiere Plus Realty has more than 1,100 real estate agents from offices in Cape Coral through Marco Island.
“We are very excited that Jennifer Springer and her team, Orchid Realty Group, has decided to join Premiere Plus Realty,” says Jarrett in the statement.
