FORT MYERS — Frank Jenkins, a longtime executive with Harbourside Custom Homes in Fort Myers, has left to launch his own company.
The new business is Frank R Jenkins Custom Homes, plus a subsidiary, Frank R Jenkins Realty. The firm recently moved into a 2,000-square-foot office at 12140 Carissa Commerce Court, Suite 103, Fort Myers, just off Six Mile Cypress in Fort Myers.
“Our goal is to embrace each customer's lifestyle,” Jenkins says in a release. “We will continue to offer the finest craftsmanship, quality materials and attention to detail in all of our projects.”
Jenkins graduated from the University of South Florida before entering the construction industry full time. He was with Harbourside Custom Homes for 26 years, most recently as president of the firm, according to his LinkedIn page. He has served three terms as president of the Lee Building Industry Association, and, is currently the vice president of the organization.
