TAMPA — Stewart Title Co. opened a commercial services center in Tampa.
The office provides title insurance and escrow services for Florida commercial real estate. According to a press release, the Tampa office will allow the company to provide a single point of contact for commercial title insurance customers.
The Tampa office will be the regional headquarters for all commercial services operations in Florida, including Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
“A high level of expertise and attention to detail are critical skills needed to ensure successful commercial deals,” says Tampa Commercial Services Manager and Associate Senior Underwriting Counsel Laura Licastro in a statement. “We collaborate with customers to handle the complexities of their business and simplify them. Building long-term relationships and partnerships is a keystone of our success.”
