Airport announces six new nonstop destinations

FORT MYERS — Frontier Airlines announced expanded service from Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers to six new nonstop destinations.

The new destinations are Buffalo, N.Y.; Colorado Springs, Colo.; Islip, N.Y.; Kansas City, Mo.; Nashville, Tenn. and Providence, R.I. The Buffalo route starts Dec. 10, the Colorado Springs route starts Oct. 5, the Islip route starts Oct. 5, the Kansas City route starts Dec. 10, the Nashville route starts Oct. 6 and the Providence route starts Oct. 6.

All flights will be operated on an Airbus A320 family aircraft.

Frontier Airlines also recently announced flights from Tampa International Airport to 11 new destinations.
