The latest sign that the appetite for high-end condos, especially in Naples, is not yet satisfied comes from Aqua at Pelican Isle.

Officials processed 100% binding and pending sales contracts worth more than $60 million in June. The newly completed Aqua Tower II features expansive custom residences, priced from just under $2 million to more than $2.545 million.

“Aqua's new Tower II has re-imagined what luxury means and has brought a whole new aspect to waterfront living by providing a lifestyle full of luxury and beauty for its residents,” Aqua Sales Director Darline Hillard says in a statement.

The remaining unfurnished Aqua residences are on the third and fourth floors of the building. Floor plans range between 3,900 to just under 4,200 square feet, with three or four bedrooms, three and a half baths and either a living/family room or living/family room plus den, according to the statement. Design features include high ceilings; gourmet kitchens with Wolf gas cooktops; Subzero refrigeration and two zone wine coolers; sunlit back-to-front living areas; spacious master bedroom suites; lavish master bathrooms with generous closet space; and sunrise and sunset terraces.

A remaining penthouse suite, with 6,500 square feet of living area, is listed for $4.85 million. Construction of the second 11-story tower at Aqua at Pelican Isle, next to the Pelican Isle Yacht Club in Naples, was completed in May.
