FORT MYERS — Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt P.A. elected William Boltrek stockholder of the Fort Myers-based law firm.

Boltrek, who joined the firm in 2013, specializes in insurance litigation on behalf of insurers, municipalities and private clients in cases involving personal injury, motor vehicle and tractor-trailer accidents and premises liability. He also represents healthcare professionals in medical malpractice and related cases.

“Bill has provided us depth and expertise in a wide range of litigation areas,” says Russell Schropp, the firm's managing shareholder, in a statement. “He is a hands-on attorney who is skilled at finding the best strategy and solutions for his clients.”

“His professionalism, responsiveness and experience in analyzing and handling complex litigation matters make him a valuable asset to his clients and our firm,” adds Michael Corso, chair of Henderson Franklin's tort and insurance litigation insurance division.

Henderson Franklin, one of the largest locally based law firms between Tampa and Miami, has been practicing law since 1924. Today, the firm maintains four offices, in Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples and on Sanibel Island.
