FORT MYERS — Hope Healthcare Services, one of the leading hospice care providers on the Gulf Coast, has added five new members to its board of directors through 2020.
Joe Gammons, West McCann, Bob Simpson, Sandy Stilwell and Trudi Williams bring vast civic and volunteer experience to the board of the Fort Myers-based hospice and home health care organization, according to a statement.
The five new members, who will be part of the board for an initial term of three years, join 10 existing members.
Gammons is a principal at Office Furniture & Design Concepts; McCann is market president and senior marketing director of Northern Trust Wealth Management's Lee County offices; Simpson is president and CEO of Leesar Regional Service Center and Co-Operative Services of Florida; Stilwell is the CEO and owner of Stilwell Enterprises and Restaurant Group; and Williams is CEO of TKW Consulting.
The current board roster, chaired by Bo Turbeville, also includes Jerry Nichols, Dick Ackert, Charles Idelson, Sandy Robinson, Madlyn Dornaus, Noreen DiPlacido, Tom Giles, Larry Hart and Rev. Dr. Tim Halverson.
Hope Healthcare, which serves more than 4,000 patients daily, offers hospice, palliative, home health care, counseling and other related services throughout Lee County and the surrounding area, according to its website. The organization has been led for the past quarter century by Samira Beckwith, its president and CEO.
