NAPLES — Neal Communities plans to host an event to launch sales at its Avalon of Naples' multifamily carriage home development later this month.
The Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder plans to hold a grand opening for the community Jan. 21 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The 17-acre project, at the intersection of Davis Boulevard and County Barn Road, features six acres of nature preserve and a large center lake. Homes in Avalon are priced from $299,976, and Neal offers four different floor plans within 19 Coastal-themed buildings, ranging from 1,355 square feet to 1,725 square feet under air, according to a statement.
Residents of the two- and three-bedroom units, which also will have one- or two-car garages, will have access to amenities such as a clubhouse, heated swimming pool and a large sundeck with cabanas and a grilling area.
Avalon marks the latest project from Neal, one of the Gulf Coast's most prolific residential developers and builders. Based on its total 2015 closings, Neal ranked 45th on Builder magazine's annual ranking of top U.S. homebuilders. It has built in several communities in the Lee and Collier markets in the last few years.
