NAPLES — One of the largest property management firms in Florida, KW Property Management & Consulting, recently added four Naples communities to its portfolio of residential developments in Southwest Florida.
The Doral-based firm added the following communities, which total 3,210 homes: Verona Walk, Enclave at Naples, Azure at Hacienda Lakes and Crystal Lake RV Resort. The property management firm now manages residential communities totaling nearly 15,000 homes throughout Southwest Florida, according to a statement.
KW Property Management also added four Southwest Florida communities late last year.

In total, KW Property Management oversees a portfolio of more than 80,000 homes with more than 1,000 employees. It began managing residential communities in 2004 and has offices in Bonita Springs, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa. It also has offices in the Bahamas, North Carolina and New York.
