LAKEWOOD RANCH — National homebuilder Toll Bros. recently announced plans to build The Isles at Lakewood Ranch.
The neighborhood is the builder's newest west Florida community. It also has communities in Naples and Bonita Springs.
The Isles at Lakewood Ranch will begin offering new homes for sale in summer 2018, according to a press release. It will include about 450 one-story and two-story single-family houses, a clubhouse and parks.
The homes will have a West Indies theme. Some models will have flat tile roofs and plantation shutters.
“It's exciting to be a part of the remarkable Lakewood Ranch community and we look forward to welcoming home buyers next year,” says Toll Bros. West Florida Division Senior Vice President Kevin Brown in a statement.
