MIROMAR LAKES — Miromar Development recently announced a new waterfront neighborhood in Miromar Lakes, north of Naples, that will expand the community north along Lake Como.
The new neighborhood, Cortona, lies between two winding inlets and will feature 19 luxury waterfront villas with custom floor plans, each set on a private white sand beach, according to a statement. Each residence in Cortona will feature a shared boat dock with direct access to Miromar's 700-acre aquamarine lake, the release adds.
“Cortona offers a distinct luxurious style and personality in a very unique setting,” says Miromar Development President and CEO Margaret Antonier in a statement. “We have hand-picked some of the region's most prestigious builders to showcase their craftsmanship in Cortona.”
Four of Miromar Lakes' preferred builders — Arthur Rutenberg/Lyons Housing, DIVCO Custom Homes, Fox Custom Builders and Harbourside Custom Homes — are constructing three- and four-bedroom model homes in Cortona. The models range in size from 2,742 to 3,026 square feet under air and 4,077 to 4,412 total square feet.
