FORT MYERS — One of the newest assisted living, memory support and short-term respite care communities in the region, Cypress Point, is now open.

The complex opened earlier in August, according to a release, with the first six residents. The 105,000-square-foot campus is at 6870 Alister Way, Fort Myers, adjacent to the CenturyLink Sports Complex/Hammond Stadium.

Cypress Point, owned by Omega Communities, a developer of senior living communities nationwide, features 134 designer-appointed rental apartments, an array of amenities and care services. It offers a month-to-month rental structure, no up-front entry fee, holistic wellness programming and flexible all-day dining options.
