BONITA SPRINGS — National homebuilder Toll Bros. promoted Kevin Brown to senior vice president of the West Florida Division.
Brown has been the vice president of the division since 2016. According to a press release, as senior vice president, Brown will oversee all Toll Bros. homebuilding operations in west Florida and lead the division's growth initiatives.
“Kevin has provided the West Florida Division with outstanding leadership, commitment and dedication,” says Toll Brothers Group President of Florida Greg Netro in a statement. “His expertise and knowledge will help bring new opportunities to expand the division.”
Brown joined Toll Bros. in 2005. He was promoted to senior project manager for the division in 2011 and named assistant vice president of the West Florida Division the following year. In that position, he spearheaded development of several luxury communities, including Bonita Lakes and Cordova at Spanish Wells in Bonita Springs.
Before joining Toll Bros., Brown played Major League Baseball with the Atlanta Braves.
Toll Bros. is currently building in 20 U.S. states, according to a statement. It builds luxury single-family detached and attached home communities; master-planned luxury residential golf communities; and urban mid-rise and high-rise communities.
