FORT MYERS — Frank R Jenkins Custom Homes started construction on its first spec home.
The custom single-family house is at 11411 Longwater Chase Ct. in Gulf Harbour Yacht and Country Club in Fort Myers. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home will be 5,630 square feet. It will be decorated and furnished by Clive Daniel Home.
Jenkins launched the firm in June after 26 years in the custom home building industry as a partner with another firm, according to a press release.
“We are very excited to have begun construction on this custom home located in one of Fort Myers finest neighborhoods,” says firm principal Frank Jenkins in a statement. “This is just the first of a number of projects we will have underway by the end of this year.”
Construction on the house is expected to be complete by spring 2018.
