NAPLES — Southwest Florida homebuilder Harwick Homes is expanding to Marco Island.

The homebuilder recently started construction on a new custom home on Marco Island designed by architect Jonathan Kukk of Kukk Architecture & Design. The 6,300-square-foot house overlooks Caxambas Pass at the southern tip of southwest Marco Island. It represents the company's first residential build on the island.

“We use the latest building materials, methods and technology to deliver a high quality custom home that perfectly captures our clients' vision and exceeds their expectations,” says Harwick Homes President Mark Smith in a statement. “This Marco Island location is one of the most sought-after waterfront locations in Southwest Florida, with deep water canals that afford easy access to the Gulf of Mexico.”

Harwick Homes was established in 1986. The company builds and remodels homes priced from $1 million to more than $10 million in Southwest Florida.
