Law firm grabs partner from competing practice

FORT MYERS — Jack Morgan III, a commercial litigator with a focus on liability litigation and construction defects, has left a partner position with the Fort Myers office of Roetzel & Andress to join another practice, Aloia, Roland & Lubell PLLC.

Morgan joins Aloia, Roland & Lubell as an equity partner, according to a statement. The firm will soon change its name to Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, the statement adds.

“We are very excited to have Jack join our firm as a partner,” says Aloia, Roland & Lubell Managing Partner Frank Aloia Jr. in the statement. “He is an extremely competent and experienced litigator, a passionate advocate for his clients and an attorney whose reputation for excellence stretches well beyond the state of Florida.”

Morgan has law degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kan., according to his LinkedIn page. He had been a partner with Roetzel & Andress in Fort Myers since 2011.

Aloia, Roland & Lubell serves clients throughout Southwest Florida in personal injury, wrongful death and premises liability, in addition to family law, real estate, business transactional matters and other areas. It has offices in Fort Myers and Cape Coral.
