New real estate TV show airs

NAPLES — Naples-based film and production company ITZ Studios has launched a new weekly television show called “The Real Estate Show of SWFL”

News anchor Stephanie Summers hosts the 30-minute show airing on WFTX Fox 4 at 7 a.m. on Sundays.

The show focuses on real estate properties for sale and interior design trends. Features with local builders, developers and mortgage experts are also planned, according to a press release.

ITZ Studios Founder Chuck Ardezzone is producing the show with Robert Carr and Shelly Aristizabal.

“A real estate TV show is popular because everyone can relate to finding a home, building a dream home or simply moving into a new neighborhood,” says Ardezzone in a statement. “Having a TV show is a huge advantage to individual real estate agents because the show connects buyers and sellers with agents.”
