Southwest Florida real estate broker Kristen Pell has acquired Treeline Realty.
Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
Pell, 34, joined Treeline Realty Corp. in 2009 as an agent and rapidly grew a team of nine brokers with The Pell Team, according to a release. When the previous owner of Treeline Realty Corp. decided to retire, Pell become the new broker-owner and leader, the release adds.
“I come from a family of entrepreneurs, so owning Treeline is the next natural step for me,” says Pell, a 12-year resident of Fort Myers, in the release. “I may be only 34, but having high energy and a great team of like-minded agents offers unlimited possibilities for buyers and sellers alike.”
Treeline Realty Corp. is a full-service real estate company with brokers who serve Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples and the rest of Southwest Florida.
