Beattie Development, a Cape Coral homebuilder and remodeling company, expanded its services to include property management and real estate transactions.
The Beattie Realty Team opened in an office next to Beattie Development's corporate headquarters, according to a release.
Beattie Development founder and president Paul Beattie is actively recruiting licensed real estate agents and brokers. He hopes to have at least two real estate brokers in place before the end of the year and grow the realty team to 15 agents by 2019, the statement adds.
“Our goal is to be able to search for the ideal land for our clients who are building new homes, list and sell homes for our previous homebuilding and remodeling clients and help all our customers with property transactions,” Beattie says in the statement. “The property management division is needed for our clients who live outside the state and country. Many of them have asked us for help managing their homes for vacation and short-term rentals and we are committed to meeting their needs.”
