Luxury management firm boosts portfolio

KW Property Management & Consulting, one of the largest property management firms in Florida, recently added four large luxury communities in the Naples-Fort Myers market to its portfolio, totaling more than 4,000 units.

The new communities include: Tiburon Estates in Naples; Island Walk Naples; Paseo Condominium Association; and Paseo Master Association in Fort Myers, according to a statement. The communities, signed over the last six months, are combined home to 4,291 residences, the statement adds.

“New and existing customers recognize our mission is to provide the highest-quality property management services including exceptional accounting, knowledge-based maintenance and dedication to superior customer service and hospitality,” says Zuly Maribona, region manager of KW Property Management & Consulting in Bonita Springs.

Doral-based KW Property Management now manages residential communities with nearly 12,000 homes in at least 35 upscale developments in Southwest Florida. The list includes Saturnia Lakes in Naples, High Point Place in downtown Fort Myers and the Residences at Coconut Point in Estero. The company oversees a portfolio of more than 65,000 homes with over 1,000 employees statewide. It has offices in Bonita Springs, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa.
