Risdon Group, a national developer behind three projects in the Rosemary District, just north of downtown Sarasota, has launched an in-house sales team.
The new unit, Risdon Real Estate, will oversee sales at the company's three Rosemary District projects: Risdon on 5th, a condo development; The Risdon, a future project; and an upcoming renovation of an existing 16,000-square-foot mixed use building at 5th and Central Avenue called Centro. Risdon Real Estate will also be responsible for sales at any future Risdon Group projects.
Risdon on 5th is more than 60% sold, according to a release.
Strategyst, a sales and marketing group that specializes in selling luxury residential, urban and resort properties, will manage the sales office. Strategyst's current projects include two in Galveston, Texas and one in Brevard, N.C.
Risdon Group's projects include resorts, residences, and mixed-used developments nationwide. Area developer Steve Bradley runs the company.
