Law firm Burr & Forman LLP has added to the ranks of its Tampa office, with the addition of a pair of commercial litigation attorneys who had previously been associated with the practice.

Amy Burns Baruch and Giovanni Giarratana have both been hired as associates. Both are graduates of the Stetson University College of Law.

Baruch, who worked at the firm's Tampa office from 2011 to 2013, will work in the commercial litigation department and the financial services' division.

A member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers, Baruch represents banks and other lenders and insurers in a variety of business disputes. She also represents clients in initial and post-dissolution family law matters.

Giarratana works with clients involved in commercial and corporate litigation. In 2015, he worked as a summer associate at the firm.

Burr & Forman, which has nearly 300 attorneys in 10 offices in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama, specializes its law practice in assisting financial institutions, health care providers and manufacturers.
