NAPLES — Fifth Third Bank named Cary Putrino city president of the Naples market.

Putrino is also a senior vice president, wealth and asset management executive with the bank, and he will maintain that role, according to a release. Putrino will report directly to David Call, regional president for Florida, the release adds.

Putrino worked for Northern Trust Bank in various executive roles for 15 years, and was president of Northern Trust Tampa Bay division from 2001-2005. He joined Fifth Third in 2011, leading the private banking teams for Florida. He has more than 30 years experience in banking, according to the release.

“I'm excited about the expansion of my role as city president for Naples,” Putrino says in the statement. “It's a tremendous opportunity that I will fully embrace.”
