Real estate-based reality TV shows aren't just for big cities such as New York and Los Angeles.

Naples has its own show, “Billionaire's Coast,” and after a successful debut season, the production company behind it, Naples-based ITZ Studios, is now casting for season two.

“We are looking for larger-than-life characters and colorful characters,” says Chuck Ardezzone with ITZ Studios. “And we are looking for some amazing properties.”

The show follows high-end Naples real estate brokers as they sell luxury properties, from condos to mansions, in and around Naples. One episode in the first season, for example, featured a 12,000-square-foot home listed for $5.5 million in Pelican Bay in Naples. The inside of the home featured paintings by Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque.

Season one, five episodes in total, ran on Amazon Prime in early 2015. The cast included Amanda Erwin with Keating Associates and independent area brokers Joe Pavich and Erica Michaels. (Ardezzone seeks real estate agents, brokers and builders for season two; contact him at [email protected] or 917-375-6527 for more information.)

Ardezzone says ITZ has been growing rapidly, with other shows, movies and commercials in addition to “Billionaire's Coast,” including a movie with Ricky Martin. The company recently moved into a new 9,000-square-foot studio in Naples, more than double the size of its old studio. “We have a lot going on,” Ardezzone tells Coffee Talk. “It's an exciting time for us.”

Adds Ardezzone: “Our goal is to be Hollywood-Naples.”
