Maven Group LLC, a Naples-based elevator industry advisory firm, hired Dominik Sachsenheimer as its president. He will also become a partner in the firm, says Maven founder Bill Beaury in a statement.
Sachsenheimer brings more than 20 years of international business experience to Maven, including a decade with Otis Elevator Co., where he directed mergers and acquisitions activity for the world's largest elevator firm.
As president of Maven, Sachsenheimer will help independent elevator companies prepare themselves for a sale, and also assist owners and executives manage their daily operations.
Sachsenheimer, who is proficient in four languages, worked in Germany and Switzerland before joining Otis.
Maven expects Beaury's three decades of work as an entrepreneur will balance well with Sachsenheimer's experience as a corporate strategist in helping company owners prepare an “optimal exit strategy.”
Sachsenheimer also is expected to help companies operating outside of North America enter this market.
