MANATEE — Real estate firm Michael Saunders & Co. bolstered its presence in Manatee County.
The firm opened an office — its 19th sales and rental office — in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island, a statement says. Linda Formella manages the office, at 6000 Marina Drive. She also runs the company's office on Manatee Avenue West and is the president of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee.
“Up until now, our agents have capably served buyers, sellers and renters in the beach communities of Manatee County from the company's other branch offices, particularly those in west Bradenton and Longboat Key,” Formella says in the statement. “The new office on Marina Drive, right in the heart of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island, adds convenience to match our agents' longstanding expertise in island properties.”
Founded in 1976, Michael Saunders & Co. has grown from a single office into a real estate firm with more than 650 agents. Its business spans the Gulf Coast from Bradenton to Boca Grande.
