LAKEWOOD RANCH — Luxury homebuilder Neal Signature Homes has hired Jeff Eslinger to manage its Sarasota, Manatee, Apollo Beach and Lakewood Ranch sales teams.
As the area sales manager, Eslinger will oversee sales teams in communities including MiraBay, The Highlands and Windy Hall, among others, the statement says.
Eslinger, a 40-year residential homebuilding veteran, started his career working part-time with his father as a carpenter and jobsite superintendent, a statement says. For 34 years, he worked with his father, brother and sister and ran Eslinger Homes, a residential homebuilding company in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
Along with his homebuilding work, Eslinger has served on the board of directors for Community Haven for Adults and Children with Disabilities for the past 16 years. He is also a past president of the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association, the statement says.
Neal Signature Homes is a semi-custom luxury homebuilder headquartered in Lakewood Ranch. Its parent company, Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, reported $369.7 million in revenue in 2015.
