TAMPA — Recruitment outsourcing and consulting firm WilsonHCG plans to open a service center in Krakow, Poland by the end of the first quarter.

Tampa-based WilsonHCG, according to a statement, will also continue with its expansion plans in Latin America and Asia in the first quarter.

WilsonHCG officials announced the expansion plans in a statement on the firm's growth in 2015, which it says was the best year in its 13-year history. New clients and current clients using more of the firm's systems were a big driver of the growth, the firm says. WilsonHCG also completed two acquisitions in 2015. One was of Toronto-based Head2Head and the other was of Sumner Grace, a human resources consulting firm. WilsonHCG didn't release specific sales figures regarding its growth in 2015.

WilsonHCG, founded in 2002, has more than 500 employees worldwide and recently received national recognition for its veteran hiring programs. Clients include retail, manufacturing and high-tech firms, in addition to banking, finance, and insurance companies.
