Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT real estate broker Ron Struthers has been named president of the Southwest Florida Certified Commercial Investment Member District for 2016.
Struthers is based in Punta Gorda and also affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT's Sarasota office, according to a release. He has more than 20 years commercial real estate investment experience, the statement adds.
Along with Struthers, four other Coldwell Banker brokers will lead steering committees for the West Coast chapter in 2016, including:
• Paula Clair Smith, who will lead the St. Petersburg committee;
• Liz Menendez, who will lead the events committee;
• Janet Robinson, who lead the Sarasota/Bradenton Committee; and
• Karl “Dee” Maret, who will lead candidate development.
The Southwest Florida CCIM District was established in 1991.
